If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer product returns within 30 days of purchase. You may return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please request a return through your orders page prior to sending any product(s) back to Jolt.
- Must be in the Original Condition - unaltered, unbroken - original packaging is preferred.
- Sent back to our office, at customer’s expense
- Once received, refund will be processed
Only complete, unopened rolls may be refunded.
- If a case of 30 is ordered, but 29 are returned, only 29 will be refunded.
- If a case of 30 is ordered, but 2 are used/opened, only 28 will be refunded.
- If you need a different size label, please request credit for the returned item(s), then order the correct size.
All Swag purchases are final and may not be returned.
