High Temp Air Probe and Grate Clip

This probe is perfect for monitoring ambient air temperatures in high temp environments (i.e. fireboxes, grills, and smokers). It is not designed for direct food measurements. Attach the probe to an oven rack or grill grate exactly where you need it. The probe cable is small enough in diameter to close in an indoor oven door, so it's ideal for general purpose use. Cable length: 72 in.

Range: -58 to 752°F (-50 to 400°C)

Cable Range: -58 to 662°F (-50 to 350°C)

Type K probe is compatible with the BlueTherm One, TempTest 2 Blue, and Cooper Atkins Blue2 temperature probes.
